Paul Philips is a small-town shopkeeper who lives a lazy life in rural Ireland. His days pass slowly, sleepily, similar to each other like two glasses of whiskey. Under pressure from his family, he starts working in a large, wealthy corporation. He achieves success, but he will have to pay for it with his life. Big money attracts predators and he will have to face them too. Death begins to follow in his footsteps.
